Where can I purchase tickets?
Directly at each of the docks, even on short notice and spontaneously, at the ticket offices, directly on each of our boats, or comfortably in advance at one of our booking agencies.
Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, if you select the “Search & Book” function, you will be forwarded to our advance booking partner “Ticket Regional.”
Are dogs allowed on board?
Of course dogs are allowed on board as well. For your own security and the safety of other passengers, dogs need to be leashed.
What does it cost to bring along a dog?
Dogs can accompany free of charge.
Can bicycles be taken on board?
Depending on how much free space there is, bicycles can also be taken on board. Depending on the route, this leads to an additional fee of one to three euros.
Do the boats also run in inclement weather?
Yes, our boats run in all weather conditions. They are equipped with state-of-the-art navigational devices. In case of cold weather, and in winter, our boats are heated.
Is there anything to eat and drink on board?
All our boats have a galley as well as cold and hot drinks on board. On most boats you will also be able to get snacks to eat, and in case of a prior order, full meals and buffets can be provided.
Is it possible to rent one of your boats?
It is possible to rent a boat for groups of 20 persons or more.
Are all boats handicapped-accessible?
