During the one-hour round trip starting in Trier, you will go by either the red sandstone cliffs, the Boost dockyard, the district of Pfalzel, and all the way to the mouth of the Ruwer (departures at 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.), or your trip takes you toward the Trier lock and dam past St. Mary’s Column, the old river cranes, the Roman Bridge, and all the way to St. Matthias’ Abbey (departures at 11:15 a.m., 1:45 a.m., and 4:15 a.m.). The two-hour panorama excursion encompasses both routes together.
