This hiking route starts in Trier at the main railway station. You walk along Nordallee in the direction of the Moselle and cross the river over the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge towards Weisshauswald. Below the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge is also the footbridge where you will return later. The rocky path along the sandstone cliffs begins directly behind the Weisshaus restaurant. From there you have wonderful vantage points with views of the romantic Moselle valley. A hiking section begins along a path through the forest. In the district of Biewer, you cross the valley road in the direction of Biewerbach. Further ascents and descents follow above Ehrang and Quint. Alternate between forest paths and open clearings with views towards the Moselle.
